I was generally satisfied with the service I received from the dealership. One issue I had was mostly my lack of due diligence. The rear bumper had been damaged. I assumed that the previous owner had backed into something. It was low on the bumper and I didn’t see it. The dealership employees should have seen it and told me about it but I wasn’t made aware. So now I have to put out another $500 for a bumper and that’s only if I install it. Kelly the general manager emailed me and asked if I could call him and discuss the situation. After trading missed calls my sales associate, John sent me a text asking if I could send a picture of the bumper damage. I sent it and he replied asking if they could come get the pickup and replace the bumper. They came the next morning and returned it around noon with a new bumper. I didn’t expect that and they didn’t have to do it but they did. They even sent a driver 60 miles to my house to get it. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore. They now have a life long customer. Thanks John, Kelly and Mary for your exceptional customer service.

I have been going to this dealership for years. After having maintenance done to my SUV. The tech washed my car and vacuumed the inside for me. He also provided the best inspection video I have ever received. He was very detailed about every aspect of my vehicle under the hood, exterior of the car, and showing me the undercarriage. He went from engine, gas lines / tank, breaks, exhaust system, axel, suspension, steering, etc. Dylan Lurks was the best tech I have had yet!! Kuddos to him all around. Keep up the great job sir!!

I recently purchased a car from a different dealership that was supposed to be certified, but it turned out to have some major repairs that needed to be completed. The dealership I purchased the car from told me they were unable to help me, so I took my car to Sid Dillon for the repairs as I had previously purchased a car from them a few years back, and they were always willing to help and they were always kind. The tech that worked on my car was very thorough and explained everything while going through the codes my car was throwing and showed exactly what needed to be repaired and replaced which was very helpful for me as I know absolutely nothing about cars. The service advisor Mikey was also very kind and had made sure to have a loaner car for me so I could get my son to and from daycare and answered any questions I had. I definitely learned my lesson about buying a car from anyone but Sid Dillon and I won't trust any service to anyone else either!
