Do not buy a car with this dealership. They gave me different ways to pay and then said all of them "wasn't a way to pay". Then told me the the original way they said not to pay, was the way to pay. Mind you, CASH DEAL! Absolutely, chaotic dealer! DO NOT BUY! 100% honesty with this post! This was Sid Dillon Ford, but it's all the same. Needless to say, I said no to buying a car, here!

They were able to streamline the process as well as one could expect. Still wish there was more transparency with the trade in process. They wouldn’t honor the lowest trade in value range on Kelley Blue Book. Very disappointed but still rated them 5 stars across the board with Ford. They’re farther along than other dealerships but you still shouldn’t have to work so hard or haggle to get a FAIR price/trade in value for both parties.
Sales associate was efficient and respected our time and decisions. No high pressure. The finance manager took way to much time trying to upsale but was polite. General manager was very professional and no nonsense. Overall a very pleasant and low pressure experience. Definitely would go back. Treated us well.

I was generally satisfied with the service I received from the dealership. One issue I had was mostly my lack of due diligence. The rear bumper had been damaged. I assumed that the previous owner had backed into something. It was low on the bumper and I didn’t see it. The dealership employees should have seen it and told me about it but I wasn’t made aware. So now I have to put out another $500 for a bumper and that’s only if I install it.

I have been going to this dealership for years. After having maintenance done to my SUV. The tech washed my car and vacuumed the inside for me. He also provided the best inspection video I have ever received. He was very detailed about every aspect of my vehicle under the hood, exterior of the car, and showing me the undercarriage. He went from engine, gas lines / tank, breaks, exhaust system, axel, suspension, steering, etc. Dylan Lurks was the best tech I have had yet!! Kuddos to him all around. Keep up the great job sir!!

I recently purchased a car from a different dealership that was supposed to be certified, but it turned out to have some major repairs that needed to be completed. Found my 2018 Nissan Rogue online and drove to Wahoo for a test drive. Spencer Hilker was my salesman. He was very efficient and accommodating. Matt Kucera helped with financing—friendly, efficient. I absolutely love my Rogue! I named her Rita. The only negative was the weather. It was below zero and the roads weren’t great

I really enjoyed my vehicle buying experience at Sid Dillon Wahoo. The salesman was not pushy. They gave me a very fair value on my trade in. We had the windows tinted and a couple surface blemishes buffed out. When this was done, they brought our vehicle to us about an hour away and took our trade in then. I normally do not like vehicle buying experiences but this was excellent!

Jeff Roschewski and Jesse Henderson were very professional throughout the entire process of my vehicle arriving from Detroit. Upon receiving my new GT500, it was a very simple and quick process of picking up the GT500 in our enclosed trailer and departing. Jeff and Jesse made sure I was satisfied and were detailed throughout the entire process in making sure I was taken good care of.
It was past time to get a tuneup and other minor repairs done. They got my car in quickly and completed the job in a day. Always very polite and answer my questions quickly. Sid Dillon is my car go to service center.

We used the new mobile service for the first time. They came right to our house to service our pickup truck. They changed the oil, checked all the fluids, belts etc and rotated the tires.
